Kirstin began training in 2000 having previously been a gymnast and National high board diver and coached at both. Now a full time professional instructor and qualified swimming teacher.
Kirstin has a 2:1 degree in Psychology and prior to having a family worked as a residential social worker, tutor and special needs teaching assistant.

She began teaching Little Ninjas in 2002. The martial art skills that Kirstin teaches in class are a by-product of the students learning self discipline, confidence,leadership, how to focus and control their behaviour, or to step out of their comfort zone and gain self esteem.
